The vision of Richard Allen Schools is foundational to the values of family and home.  The actualization of the vision and the close partnership seeks to mirror one another. We believe home and school should be a reflection of one another. Home structures and activities of family life need to be reflective and supportive of the school structure. Through our programs we encourage our parents to receive or put themselves in the position to receive truth, receive knowledge in a manner that is positive, understanding, and know the knowledge is an aim to head for change and development.  The goal is for all stakeholders to embrace truth which will prepare students to become life long learners and positive contributors to a global world.

Richard Allen Preparatory will furnish an education that will empower all students to demonstrate academic proficiency, self-discipline and self-reliance, which will endow them with self-respect and respect for the worth and dignity of others as they embrace active citizenry. Richard Allen Preparatory will empower its all students to serve others, especially the disadvantaged, and to work to achieve their full potential as they venture into the best middle schools.

At Richard Allen Preparatory, we believe that in order for the mission to be achieved or mastered over a period of time, the characteristics as prescribed through our mission must be promoted, instilled, and valued in the home.  We know and share that in order for students to move forth in the mission, families must realize that it takes commitment, focus, and connection to the mission and vision to bridge great promise and life success.
